The support features for Keyword Elite are terrific including a free user forum, help pages on marketing, technical questions, and general questions. Additionally there are a host of "how to" videos and free E-books that make operating this software simple. All these features, account questions and changes (including refunds) all become immediately available once you purchase the product. You may install your copy on up to two computers. Direct support requests and tickets are handled promptly. If you have any promblems or questions not answered by Keyword Elite staff please don't hesitate to call me direct. Personally, I won't buy a product from someone unless they provide full contact information. Mine is below.
